With the amount of real time information available on the Internet, printed newspapers and magazines would stack up on my desk and were out of date by the time I reached all of them. I have had to learn to prioritize a shorter list of my favorite print publications that I read diligently monthly/ weekly to stay abreast of current events and trends. I supplement this group with a very specific online list, via Issuu (see details below) for evening reading. Long gone is the guilt of wasting desk space, money, time and paper.
It is now my planned luxury to enjoy the Wall Street Journal, Weekend edition each Saturday morning at Starbucks, accompanied with a chocolate croissant and a short mocha. News, style, food and events with a side of chocolate, makes for a perfect morning!
